Returns of Lofty Llama's golf polos will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase date. For returns to be accepted, the items must be unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with all original tags.

If accepted, we will provide a free return label. Shipping costs are not refundable.

To assure merchandise and processing orders as quickly as possible we cannot offer exchanges. Instead, you should place a new order while we process your return.

We are not able to process returns for golf apparel purchased from third-party sites. Instead, we advise you to process a return through the channel you purchased from and purchasing a replacement through our website.

Unfortunately, we do not currently support international orders.
